Very early on and after finishing my education I went to the Algarve Hotel School to take a course in cookery/pastry-making, where for two years I was a student. It was at that time that the dream of owning my own restaurant was born. After working at several hotels in the Algarve the dream continued. One day I took a plane ticket to Africa to work where I matured and met some fabulous people, among who I should highlight chef David Viseu, as he was the person who launched me as a Head Chef. Many thanks to him.
When the opportunity arose to make my dream a reality a grabbed it. I hope this reality continues for many years, while I serve my customers with quality and friendliness above all. We are growing quietly and hope we deserve your trust. For us the greatest wealth lies in our customers’ trust. I would like to end by thanking two very important people: my father and my mother as without them none of this would have been possible.
